This project started with a simple desire - the homeowners wanted a commercial grade range in their kitchen. JDF Construction, Inc. made this happen, and totally updated the kitchen in the process, showing that you don't have to completely replace a kitchen to update it; smaller changes can have big effects. To accomplish this, we replaced the original countertops with granite and added a custom hood above the new commercial grade range. The original cabinets were repainted white and their spring hinges replaced with european style hidden hinges. The island was repainted a contrasting black, and the walls were painted a chocolate brown, resulting in a completely new kitchen.
